A prominent construction contractor in London is seeking a BIM Manager to lead digital construction and model coordination across fit-out and refurbishment projects. This role involves ensuring ISO 19650 compliance, managing federated models and leading BIM strategy for multiple live projects. Ideal candidates will have 5–10 years of BIM management experience, strong knowledge of CDE workflows, and skills in Revit, Navisworks, and Revizto. Qualifications

One of London's most vibrant contractors has a new opportunity for a talented BIM Manager to be an integral part of their design team. As the BIM Manager, you will manage the digital construction, model coordination and ISO 19650 compliance across their fit‑out and refurbishment projects.
