Qualifications

• Recognised qualification in Computer-aided design (CAD), BIM or related field.
• Strong knowledge of BIM standards (ISO 19650 series) and digital delivery processes.
• Proficiency in Autodesk tools (ACC, Revit, Civil 3D, Plant3D, Navisworks).
• Experience in model coordination, clash detection, and CDE management.
• Ability to develop and maintain BIM documentation and templates.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Leadership experience in mentoring and developing digital delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) Templates.
• Participate in project initiation meetings and define BIM strategies.
• Oversee Model Build Strategy and audit the model federation process.
• Promote consistent use of ACC tools for information sharing.
• Facilitate model coordination and design collaboration.
• Stay updated on digital delivery advancements.
