We are recruiting for Billing & Collections Operations Leader on a permanent basis! You'll manage the Proactive, Resolutions, Data Integration and Customer Leakage Enforcement teams. The teams work across multiple billing, collection and consumption activities from resolving payment problems to enforcing large leak repairs. Working closely with other teams across the business to provide a holistic customer service, you'll build and maintain effective internal and external stakeholders relationships. You'll provide leadership, development, active engagement and support to your teams to ensure targets, SLA's and KPI's are continually reviewed with both our customer and business expectations being met.
