A Facilities Management company in the UK is seeking a Business Development professional to enhance growth and efficiency. The role focuses on generating leads, managing client relationships, and contributing to bid strategies. Ideal candidates should have over 5 years of experience in Facilities Management and a track record of successful tenders and revenue growth. This position will work closely with the Directors and Division Managers and will report to a member of the Senior Management Team. The role is to contribute to business success, business growth and activities in accordance with strategy delivering pipeline requirements in accordance with the business plan, and ensuring maximum efficiency and margin is achieved.
