Home Based – Willing to travel to the Manchester or London office once or twice a month

£50,000 - £55,000 Basic + Bonus (Up to 15% Bonus) + Health Insurance + Pension + Other Benefits

As Bid Manager, you’ll be responsible for shaping compelling, high quality tenders, bringing together insights from subject matter experts, translating them into clear, engaging narratives, and ensuring a consistent, client-focused style throughout. It’s an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to elevate a bid function within a worldwide leading business, working closely with senior sales leaders and collaborating alongside a skilled bid professional.

Key Duties

• Bid Management
• Solution Design / Management (Co design with the Business Development Directors / Managers and our Subject Matter Experts (SMEs))
• Bid writing and management to ensure final documents look outstanding
• Project management of special projects relating to a bid (e.g. website / video creation)
• Some client engagement (although primarily a ‘back of house’ role)

Experience Required

• Proven Bid Manager / Bid Writer experience
• Background in Facilities Management
• Strong Bid Management and Writing ability
• Willing to travel to either Manchester or London once or twice a month
