Bid Coordinator

Hybrid - Bathgate office three days per week

On offer is the chance to join a well‑established, sustainability‑driven services provider that specialises in energy‑efficiency and retrofit work for social housing and public sector clients. This is a Bid Coordinator, embedded in a sizable and collaborative bid team that values accuracy, technical insight and compelling storytelling over sheer volume. You’ll collaborate with bid managers, estimators and coordinators across the business, supported by a highly skilled team, and there’s real scope for you to shape our bid narratives and make a visible impact within a stable and purpose‑led business.

As Bid Coordinator you will play a key role across the full bid lifecycle, from early PQQ and ITT responses through to polished final submissions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone seeking a stable, varied and meaningful role within a supportive bid team that values collaboration, precision and continuous improvement.

Key Duties
  • Supporting the Bid Team as required on the preparation and submission of each bid against the agreed programme.
  • Working with the Bid Writers to develop engaging case studies by liaising with subject‑matter experts across the business.
  • Ensuring all submissions are accurate, compliant, and meet requirements set out.
  • Maintaining team tracker reports and ensuring the CRM system is fully maintained.
  • Providing general administrative support to the Bid Writing Team.
Experience Required
  • Experienced in Bid Coordination – across Bid Admin / Bid Executive / Bid Coordinator roles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willing to travel to Bathgate three days a week.
