BI Analyst - Operations (16320) | Ops Business Intelligence Analyst | Luton
The Operations Insights & Improvements team is an analytics function that creates data tools and solutions to help colleagues across the business reach their goals. Our stakeholders cover the full Operations landscape, including Engineering, Ground Ops, Crew Planning, Ops Strategy and more. We’re looking for a BI Analyst to help design and develop key data products that drive better operational performance. This role will be central to shaping how we use data across Operations, with a real impact on planning and day-to-day delivery.
As an Ops BI Analyst, you’ll turn complex data into clear insights that help shape smarter decisions across Operations. You’ll build reports and dashboards, carry out analysis to answer real business questions, and work with senior colleagues to track performance. You’ll champion the use of data by making tools easy to use, sharing best practice, and communicating findings clearly and engagingly. It’s a role with the freedom to manage your own projects and the opportunity to impact how we plan and deliver our operations.
You’ll bring a sharp eye for data and the ability to turn numbers into actionable stories. You should have experience with data tools and be eager to build skills in SQL, Python or visualization platforms like Tableau or Power BI. You’re organised, adaptable and able to work under pressure, and you communicate clearly to help others see the value in data.
This full-time role will be based in Luton. Hybrid working with 3 days in the office and some travel required.
