Responsibilities

• Design & manage projects from customer concept to production.
• Translate customer ideas into workable bespoke designs.
• Drive sales conversations and build customer relationships.
• Create designs for manufacture using AutoCAD and CorelDRAW.
• Advise customers on necessary materials for their projects.
• Collaborate with overseas manufacturing partners.
• Manage orders, schedules, and logistics for product delivery.
• Oversee product testing and quality assurance.
• Monitor production machinery to ensure operational efficiency.
