An excellent opportunity for an experienced Bench Joiner / Cabinet Maker to join a well-established company!

Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time, Self-Employed.

Salary: Up To £19 Per Hour, Depending on Experience.

Location: Par, Cornwall PL24.

About The Company

They are a high end fitted furniture manufacturer looking to expand their team. They specialise in bespoke projects covering every room of the house. The majority of their products are in a painted, veneer, or solid wood finish. Their customers are discerning and come to us for a premium quality product, produced in Cornwall, and the standard of our work is high.

About The Role

You will be responsible for producing high-quality components and cabinetry across a range of bespoke projects. The work spans painted, veneered and solid timber furniture, so a strong understanding of material handling and precise joinery is essential.

This role offers the opportunity to work on premium, design-led projects within a skilled and supportive workshop team, where attention to detail and craftsmanship are genuinely valued.

Candidate Requirements

They are looking for someone with a minimum of 5 years' experience and confidence working across both solid wood and panel processing.

Training will be provided on their specific machinery and workshop processes, but a solid foundation in the following areas is essential:

  • Table saw operation
  • Planer / thicknesser
  • Timber grading and selection
  • Spindle moulder operation
