Job summary

A well-established organisation is seeking a Behavioural Outreach Support Worker to join their team in Lincolnshire. The role, on a temporary contract until March 2026, involves providing behavioral and emotional support to children and young people in schools. Candidates should have a Level 3 qualification or equivalent experience and proven experience working with children. The position offers an hourly rate of up to £14, with 37 hours per week during term time only.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children and young people in a school setting.
• Strong experience supporting pupils with behavioral, social, emotional, or SEND needs.
• DBS issued within the last 12 months or registered on the update service.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral outreach support to pupils with social, emotional, and behavioral needs.
• Complete assessments and develop Behaviour Intervention Plans.
• Deliver one-to-one and small group interventions.
• Offer advice and training to school staff.
• Deliver workshops for schools, parents, and carers.
