Job Title: Behaviour Teaching Assistant (TA)

Location: Tower Hamlets
Hours: 8:30 – 3:45 PM
Salary: £90 - £105 per day (Depending on Experience)
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Type: Full-Time / Long – Term

GSL Education are seeking a dedicated Behaviour Teaching Assistant (TA) to join a vibrant school in Tower Hamlets. The role as a Behaviour Teaching Assistant (TA) involves assisting students with behavioural challenges, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment. You will work closely with teaching staff to implement tailored strategies and promote pupil engagement.

Responsibilities
  • Support students with behavioural difficulties in both one-to-one and group settings.
  • Implement behaviour management techniques and positive reinforcement strategies.
  • Assist the teacher in planning and delivering lessons tailored to the needs of individual pupils.
  • Foster a safe, encouraging classroom atmosphere that supports learning.
  • Monitor and report on pupil progress and behaviour to staff and parents/carers as needed.
Qualifications
