A supportive SEN primary school in Reading is looking for a Behaviour Teaching Assistant to join their dedicated team. This long-term, full-time role offers the chance to work closely with pupils aged 5 to 11 who present with Autism, ADHD, SEMH, and behavioural challenges.

• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 3:30 pm

Responsibilities

• Support pupils with emotional and behavioural needs during lessons and unstructured times
• Implement behaviour management strategies tailored to individual students
• Work 1:1 or in small groups to foster positive learning and emotional development
• Assist the class teacher and wider staff team in maintaining a positive classroom environment

Requirements / Qualifications
