A forward-thinking SEN and SEMH school in Thatcham is seeking a Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant to join their dynamic team. This position is ideal for graduates or aspiring professionals in Psychology, Education, Criminology, Social Work, or anyone passionate about behaviour support and emotional wellbeing.

In this Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant role, you will work closely with students who present with behavioural needs, Autism, ADHD, trauma-related challenges, and a range of social and emotional needs. You will support them both in and out of the classroom, helping to reinforce positive behaviour strategies, build emotional resilience, and promote academic engagement.

Working alongside experienced teachers, SEN specialists, and therapists, you will help implement behaviour intervention plans and contribute to creating a safe, structured, and nurturing learning environment.
