Are you a graduate looking to gain hands‑on experience supporting children with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs? Do you want to work in a specialist school environment, developing practical skills in behaviour management while making a real difference to children’s lives?

A specialist SEMH school in Canterbury is seeking a motivated Behaviour Support Assistant to join their team. In this role, you’ll provide consistent, one‑to‑one and group support to pupils, helping them develop positive behaviours, self‑regulation, and emotional resilience.

  • Recent graduates in Psychology, Criminology, Sociology, Education, Youth Studies, or related fields.
  • Candidates with a genuine passion for working with children with SEMH needs.
  • Enthusiastic, reliable individuals eager to learn from experienced teachers, therapists, and SEN specialists.
