We’ve got an exciting opportunity to join us as a Beauty Retail Merchandiser based in Primark Llanelli Parc Trostre Retail Park in the SA14 9UY. You’ll be an integral part of a field-based retail merchandising team, helping launch a new Beauty brand into a fast-paced high street store. You’ll be responsible for driving sales by ensuring the stands are completely full of stock as these brands sell fast!

Overview

This role will primarily be based within the SA14 9UY postcode.

Responsibilities

• Product Placement and Replenishment – arrange and organise products on shelves and displays to maximise visibility and appeal.
• Ensure as much stock as possible is out on shelves to drive sales.
• Monitor stock levels and order products to avoid shortages.
• Develop Beauty Knowledge and become an expert on Health and Beauty, including brands, products and trends.
• Compliance and Standards – follow merchandising standards and guidelines, store policies and health and safety guidance.
• Follow and implement planograms to ensure consistency and compliance with merchandising standards.
• Promotional and Point of Sale Setup – set up promotional displays and signage to communicate prices, discounts, and offers.
• Strong communication and relationship building – build and maintain good working relationships with in-store colleagues, particularly department and store managers.
• Provide accurate and timely feedback to client account teams via the feedback application, acting as eyes and ears in stores.
