REFY is seeking a Beauty Consultant to join our team within the beauty department at Selfridges, Birmingham.

As a Beauty Consultant, you will be the ultimate REFY ambassador, bringing a genuine passion for the beauty industry and an eye for the latest trends. In this role, you’ll represent REFY’s core values in every interaction—championing confidence, inclusivity, and innovation—while simplifying the beauty journey for our community. By showcasing our world‑first, multifunctional products, you’ll demonstratepitch how REFY empowers effortless beauty with fewer steps and maximum impact.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Drive REFY’s business objectives, meeting and exceeding personal and team sales targets and KPIs.
  • Engage with customers to showcase REFY products and provide personalised consultations.
  • Build brand awareness and maintain relationships with existing clientele.
  • Support retail events and activations during peak seasons.
  • Gain insight into customer service, sales, and brand representation.
  • Ensure replenishment and stock levels are maintained.
  • Participate in regular product training and growth opportunities at our HQ.
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to connect with diverse customers and team members
  • A passion for the beauty industry and luxury retail environments
  • Demonstrated success in achieving individual sales and KPIs
