Zachary Daniels Retail Recruitment are currently recruiting for an Iconic and historic luxury retailer offering a diverse range of finest perfumes and colognes within Belfast! We are recruiting for an experienced Fragrance Consultant or Beauty Advisor for this particular position within Belfast.

As a Fragrance Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering a luxury retail experience, providing expert advice and tailored recommendations on fragrances to our customers. Your passion for perfumes and deep knowledge of fragrance families, notes, and trends will allow you to create memorable experiences.

Responsibilities as a Fragrance Consultant :

• Customer service - Engage with customers to understand their fragrance preferences and provide personalized recommendations based on their individual tastes, occasions, and personalities.
• Product knowledge - Stay up-to-date with the latest fragrance collections, trends, and ingredients to offer informed guidance and foster brand loyalty.
• Sales & Targets - Meet or exceed sales targets by promoting upsell and cross-sell opportunities while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Brand Ambassadorship- Represent the brand with professionalism, embodying its values and commitment to quality and luxury.
• Stock Management- Support in managing stock levels, including assisting with inventory checks and replenishment.
• Store Standards - Ensuring the store looks presentable and inviting to our customers
