Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience as an industrial mechanical fitter.
• Ability to prepare machined components for final assembly.
• Experience with safety regulations and maintaining a safe working environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform assembly and final dressing of bearings according to quality standards.
• Resolve assembly issues by collaborating with Production and Shift Managers.
• Support continuous improvement by addressing defects and implementing corrective actions.

Skills

Ability to interpret engineering drawings

Proficiency with hand tools

Knowledge of precision machining processes

Education

HNC, SVQ/NVQ level 3 in Mechanical Engineering
