Overview

Beachside Nanny for Energetic Family, Carbis Bay, Cornwall. Warm, outdoorsy family seeks a grounded, soulful nanny to join in January as mum returns to work. You’ll be a trusted extension of the family caring for a 2‑year‑old twin pair and a 4‑year‑old sibling on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 8:00–18:00, with hours likely to increase and flex as needs change.

Responsibilities

• Provide nurturing care for the children, building warm, secure bonds.
• Plan engaging, developmentally rich activities, encouraging curiosity about nature.
• Support active play, mindfulness and movement, role‑modeling healthy habits.
• Prepare simple, nourishing meals and maintain a healthy eating routine.
• Assist with occasional overnight stays as needed.
• Collaborate closely with parents as a reliable partner.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience in a private family setting.
• Enhanced DBS and paediatric first‑aid certification.
• Childcare qualifications desirable.
• Experience or interest in martial arts, yoga, outdoor activities; love of wildlife and dogs.
• Driving licence and willingness to drive.

Location & Hours

• Carbis Bay, Cornwall
• 8:00–18:00, Monday, Wednesday, Friday; hours may increase when mum returns to work.
• Job starts 31 December 2025 (ideally) / January 2026.

Remuneration

£18 per hour gross. Permanent position.
