A leading security solutions company in Birmingham is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager. The role focuses on winning new business and growing revenue from existing and dormant accounts. Candidates should have a proven track record in business development, ideally within the security or construction sectors. The position offers a competitive salary of £45-50k plus OTE of £20-30k, along with a car allowance. Flexibility in location is provided, requiring occasional office presence.
We design, manufacture, install and maintain LPS 1175–rated security doors, walls, screens, counters and asset-transfer protection systems. We also supply and maintain Speed Gates, Turnstiles, Security Portals, Pass Doors and Automatic Doors for major UK organisations. Our customers include many high profile Corporate, Government and CNI clients. We work directly with end users as well as through consultants, architects and the construction supply chain.
Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to win new business and grow revenue from existing and dormant accounts.
Salary of 45-50k + Basic with 20-30k + OTE & car allowance
Flexible on location just need to be in the Southern office a couple of times a month.
