Business Development Executive – Litigation, Regulatory & Tax

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support senior stakeholders and the wider BD team in delivering business development plans for the Litigation, Regulatory & Tax practice.
  • Contribute to the implementation of business development and marketing projects, including managing credentials documents and creating engaging collateral.
  • Take a hands‑on role in the submissions process for key legal directories.
  • Project manage BD initiatives and support the preparation of bids, credential statements, and case studies.
  • Maintain and update relevant marketing materials and ensure content is current across platforms.
  • Organise and deliver high‑quality in‑person and online events, including major conferences and thought leadership seminars.
  • Monitor competitor initiatives and provide market intelligence to inform strategic decisions.
  • Support client development and relationship management, including client targeting and CRM system optimisation.
  • Assist partners with client feedback and maintain accurate marketing lists.
  • Support PR and communications activities, including social media, profile‑raising opportunities, and maintaining content on internal and external platforms.
  • Attend relevant sector and practice group meetings, share best practice, and support collaborative working across the wider BD team.
Person Specification:

  • Previous experience in a professional services environment, with business development experience.
