A global consulting firm is seeking a People and Development Senior Specialist located in London. This role focuses on enhancing the employee experience for talent, supporting career development, performance evaluations, and collaboration within teams. The ideal candidate has 4-6 years of experience in a professional services environment, preferably in HR or recruiting, and a bachelor's degree or equivalent. You will work closely with various leadership teams and contribute to people-related projects.
People and Development Senior Specialist position located in London. Key responsibilities include: you will support the BCG X teams by enhancing the employee experience for all CT talent, with a key responsibility being the support of CT career development. This includes supporting CDC meetings to ensure consistency in performance evaluation and collaboration, working closely with the regional CD team to ensure all aspects of the talent review process—such as tenure reviews, case reviews, and dossier preparation—are submitted and completed accurately. Additionally, you will ensure that all relevant data (e.g., Workday, case information, staffing details, case reviews) is up-to-date and accurate. You will support the CDC processes and provide L&D feedback from CDC to help shape the overall talent strategy. You will support the regional Point of Contact (POC) for functional pillars such as L&D, D&I, Compensation, and Insights & Reporting, also contribute to people-related projects as needed with the intention of becoming the regional POC for one or more of these pillars.
