Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and reactive maintenance across battery storage assets.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues for timely repairs.
• Conduct firmware and software upgrades.
• Provide technical phone support to clients as needed.
• Conduct risk assessments for safety measure implementations.
• Inspect equipment and conduct capacity tests regularly.
