• Maintain the Bar: Keep the bar area clean, organised, and well-stocked, ensuring everything is ready for smooth service.
• Support the Team: Work closely with the front‑of‑house and kitchen teams to deliver seamless service, especially during busy periods.
• Upsell with Confidence: Use your knowledge of our menu and drinks list to suggest pairings and upsell items, enhancing the guest experience and boosting sales.
• Follow Health and Safety Standards: Ensure all health and safety guidelines are adhered to, creating a safe environment for both guests and colleagues.
