Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality bar service to hotel guests, ensuring accuracy in drink preparation and timely service.
• Engage guests with knowledge of wines, spirits, and cocktails, and maintain a welcoming, entertaining bar environment.
• Maintain standards of presentation, cleanliness, and stock control at the bar area.
• Collaborate with the Food & Beverage team to support guest experiences and events as required.
