  • Part Time – Approximately 20-30 hours per week, Monday to Saturday.
  • Day shifts only.
  • Term Time only.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Barista to join the team at Stowe School in Buckingham.

**This is a remote location that does not have public transport service. Own transport is essential**

About the Barista role:

  • Preparing and serving coffee and tea drinks
  • Developing and maintaining expert knowledge of coffee and tea served at Benugo
  • Supporting the Head Barista in training the team
  • Properly handling and maintaining all coffee equipment
  • Ensuring the customer experience is maintained at all times to the highest standard
  • Ensuring food safety standards are always followed
  • General cleaning duties and tasks across the site

Previous experience preparing and serving drinks is required.

Qualifications

  • Any combination of education that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
  • Minimum of one year experience as a barista preferred.
  • High school diploma preferred.
  • Previous hospitality experience preferred.
  • Superior professional appearance and manner, good character to work in a fast-paced team.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, according to department needs.
  • Ability to lift/carry
  • Flexible in the performance of all duties.
