Shaw Healthcare is looking for a passionate and caring Residential Team Leader ready to make a positive impact at Plas Cae Crwn, Newtown. As a leader you will drive person‑centred care, support your team and uphold high standards in everything they do.

Responsibilities
  • Lead by example, guiding and supporting the team on shift to promote best practice.
  • Administer and record medication safely in line with Shaw policies and procedures.
  • Report changes in residents’ needs or well‑being promptly to the Line Manager.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families and colleagues.
  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date care plans and documentation.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Experience working with older people in residential care.
  • Completed or working towards an NVQ/QCF Level 3 Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
  • Flexible, patient, caring, organised and great with people.
  • Ability to lead a team and use own initiative.
