Overview

We are Community Integrated Care’s Supported Living Service in Sheffield, S2. We provide independent living with on-site support 24/7. Our service supports people with diverse needs to access activities, socialise, and participate in the community. We live in nine individual flats in a converted public house; each person has their own tenancy and access to the main building. We offer a communal space with a pool table and sofa for social interaction, and we have access to a volunteering programme, travel passes, and transport. We are close to Sheffield City Centre and have local amenities nearby, including shops and food services. We aim to enable independence with appropriate support and to uphold the values of Choice, Dignity and Respect under our vision "Your Life, Your Choice" and strategy "Best Lives Possible".

Shift Information

We have staff on site 24/7 and shifts to support needs and activities. Typical shift times include:

  • Early: 07:00 – 14:30
  • Late: 14:00 – 21:30
  • Waking Night: 21:15 – 07:15

Staff are provided with induction, training, and the necessary personal protective equipment. Shifts may vary depending on the needs and activities of the people we support.

The role involves working with people with a range of support needs and following care plans, policies and procedures.
