The Role

As a Care Assistant with Hero Recruitment, you’ll play a vital role in supporting residents within our Nursing, Residential, and Specialist care settings. You’ll deliver person-centred care with kindness, respect, and empathy — making a real difference in people’s lives every day.

What We’re Looking For
  • Minimum 6 months’ recent experience in a similar care role within a residential or nursing home
  • Right to work in the UK (we cannot offer visa sponsorship)
  • Strong communication skills and a positive, team-focused attitude
  • Understanding of elderly care needs and best care practices
  • Willingness to work day or night shifts on a flexible rota basis
  • A caring, friendly, and reliable nature
