  • All tenants choose individual activities and staff are matched to the tenant to promote inclusion and personal choice being respected and valued.
  • Working closely with families and significant others within the person we support circle of care.

Dillington Mews is an Autism‑specific supported living service comprising 6 individual flats. Each person we support lives in their own apartment.

Team and environment
  • We provide 1:1 support for 6 tenants.
  • All tenants have an individual support plan, ensuring they are supported in a person‑centred way and are promoted to make their own choices.

Salary and benefits

£27,401 per year – estimated. Part time NEW. We are seeking 1 experienced Bank Support Worker for our Supported Living Service in Barnsley, S70. Please note shift patterns as follows: 7am to 2.30pm, 2.30pm to 10.00pm, Waking Night 10pm to 7.00am.
