Overview

We are looking for an outstanding Bank Support Worker with a passion for delivering excellent care. You will have the opportunity to work bank shifts at Cygnet St Augustine's, a 32-bed specialist high support inpatient rehabilitation (level 2) for men. The facilities and multidisciplinary treatment programme are designed to support individuals in returning to community living.

All applicants must hold a full clean UK driving licence.

Responsibilities
  • Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all the people in our care
  • Provide guidance and encouragement through physical and emotional support
  • Learn about individuals\' specific needs and provide help in the most appropriate way
  • Assist with medical and welfare needs
  • Report on medical and welfare needs as required
