Job description
Responsibilities
  • Make an effective contribution to reaching the Trust's vision and strategic objectives
  • Provide clinical leadership to the Occupational Health and Wellbeing Team, working alongside other Clinical Leads
  • Provide clear and timely advice to managers, employees and People & OD Services, including attendance and input at case conferences
  • Advise on medical assessment of new/existing employees in line with the Equality Act 2010, immunisations, statutory medical examinations and fitness‑to‑work assessments, and promote health and prevention of ill‑health
  • Contribute to reduction of sickness absence and support people back into employment
  • Provide guidance on trends and organisational risk factors
Additional Information

Applicants who meet the Fit and Proper Person Requirements (FPPR) will require additional pre‑employment checks in line with CQC and NHS England statutory guidance.
