Registered Nurse’s with a passion for enhancing the quality of life of the people we support are at the heart of our clinical teams. We’re currently searching for a fantastic Registered Nurse to join us in leading our nursing service in West Bromwich. This service is a welcoming and friendly environment with a dynamic team that supports a fantastic group of people!
The people we support at this service have Learning Disabilities and some complex needs. This wide range of conditions ensures that Nurses continue to develop and learn new skills on a day-to-day basis. Our Registered Nurses are supported to continue with their CPD and are provided with CPD training in areas including: Dementia, pain management, stoma care, catheter care, verification of death.
As a Registered Nurse with us you'll be helping people to gain more independence in their daily lives, ensuring the clinical needs of the people we support are met. Our Registered Nurses are masterful at developing a close working relationship with the people we support, which means that we can centre their nursing and care needs as our main priority. Our Registered Nurses are also natural leaders and are skilled in planning and delivering clinical care and providing support and guidance to our care colleagues. You’ll never lose sight of why you choose to do this, as our Registered Nurses are still at the heart of providing day-to-day support.
