A regional NHS health board in Wales is seeking a passionate Midwife to support Maternity services. Your role will include assessing and planning care for clients, ensuring high standards are met, and mentoring less experienced staff. Applicants should be England/Welsh speakers with Midwifery Skills Competencies. This role promises to play a key part in compassionate and quality patient care.
The Worker will be responsible for the assessment, planning development, implementation and evaluation of programmes of care for clients in all areas of Maternity service.
The Worker will ensure the provision of the highest standards of care, which reflects the quality standards and the Trust mission.
