Job description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Bank Electrician to join our Estates team. In this role you will carry out planned and reactive electrical maintenance, installations, and testing across hospital facilities. You’ll play a vital part in ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient operations of plant equipment and systems in a busy acute healthcare environment.

What you’ll do :
  • Perform electrical maintenance, testing and fault diagnosis on HV / LV systems, generators, lighting, alarms and control equipment.
  • Carry out new installations, modifications and remedial works.
  • Support other trades and participate in the Estates emergency on‑call rota.
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety statutory regulations and hospital policies.
