Summary

The Cherwell Hospital is located in Banbury, Oxfordshire – a day‑case / inpatient facility that provides high‑quality healthcare for NHS patients and self‑funding patients exercising choice through the e‑referral system.

The Role

We currently have a great opportunity for a Bank Administrator to join our team. You will be an integral part of the team committed to delivering the highest quality outcomes in a supportive environment where you will be valued for your skills and expertise. This is a busy role liaising with patients, consultants and all hospital departments.

Duties
  • Handle all patient enquiries promptly and efficiently for a variety of clinical departments
  • Provide detailed information to patient enquiries delivering excellent customer service
  • Develop and maintain good working relationships with all internal departments across both hospitals
  • Build and maintain excellent relationships with consultants and their secretaries
  • Support patients with their enquiries via phones and emails
Qualifications
  • Proven track record of achieving targets whilst maintaining an outstanding level of customer service
  • Excellent standard of computer literacy including experience in Word & Excel
  • Ability to work under pressure whilst remaining patient/consumer focused
  • Experience working in a private healthcare setting is preferred

Bank Contract
