We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Band 8a Pharmacist to join our client's team in Liverpool. This role involves providing expert pharmaceutical care, ensuring the safe and effective use of medications. The successful candidate will work closely with healthcare professionals to optimise patient outcomes and contribute to the overall efficiency of our pharmacy services.

Responsibilities

The Band 8a Pharmacist will be responsible for managing and dispensing medications, conducting medication reviews, and providing expert advice on pharmaceutical matters. This role includes developing and implementing treatment plans, monitoring patient progress, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines. Collaboration with other healthcare providers to deliver comprehensive care and support is a key aspect of this position.

Qualifications and Experience
  • Registered Pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPHC)
