Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and motivated People and Culture Business Partner to join our team.

Responsibilities
  • Work closely with Clinical Group and Corporate leaders to deliver proactive, solution-focused People and Culture service.
  • Support all aspects of workforce planning, organisational development, staff engagement, and performance improvement.
  • Act as a trusted partner, providing expert advice and coaching to managers to build capability, improve management practice, and enable effective change.
  • Lead and contribute to key workforce initiatives ensuring people management practices support values, enhance staff experience, and improve organisational effectiveness.
  • Develop working relationships with multi-professional staff built on trust, confidence, and mutual respect, underpinning a reputation as a highly credible and knowledgeable expert in OD and Workforce strategies.
  • Represent the People and Culture Directorate at Clinical Group meetings, setting professional standards and behaviours.
  • Understand and promote issues concerning equality and diversity, inclusion and engagement, ensuring these are central to all activity and work in accordance with the Trust's Equality Schemes.
