A community health service provider in Birmingham is seeking a Team Leader for Health Visiting. This role involves managing a multidisciplinary team to ensure the provision of safe, evidence-based care to children and families. Candidates must be registered nurses with a Health Visiting qualification, capable of providing strong clinical leadership. The Team Leader - Health Visiting will be responsible for the clinical and professional management of a designated multidisciplinary team, to ensure safe and effective care.
