Overview

• To provide ward-based specialist clinical pharmacy support to mental health, intermediate care and elderly care wards, including professional advice on policies, pharmaceutical practice, and specialist clinical advice related to the uses and side-effects of medicines.
• To work with the Medication Safety Officer to implement medicines safety initiatives within designated wards.
• To participate in the dispensary, medicines information and other internal rotas.
