What You Will Do
  • Provide high‑quality care to patients on an escalation ward, focusing on recovery and rehabilitation.
  • Assess patients’ physical conditions, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and adjust them as necessary to ensure optimal recovery.
  • Work closely with other healthcare professionals, including nurses and doctors, to ensure holistic care for patients.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient progress, adapting treatment plans as needed and ensuring that all documentation is in line with professional and organizational standards.
  • Provide advice and support to patients and their families, ensuring a smooth transition to post‑discharge care and continued recovery.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • HCPC Registered Physiotherapist.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in an acute medical setting.
  • Experience in rehabilitation and patient recovery.
  • Ability to assess, plan, and implement effective treatment plans for a range of acute conditions.
  • Car driver (preferable) for travel between different sites (if applicable).
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals.
