An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the team on East 2a. We are an inpatient ward, specialising in the HealthCare of Older People (HCOP). As part of our team, you will be welcomed into a supportive, collaborative environment where new ideas and personal development are supported and encouraged.
As a Band 6 Sister/Charge nurse on East 2a, you will play a pivotal role in the overall day to day running of the ward. You must be able to communicate effectively with a multi-disciplinary team, work well under pressure and adapt to any situation.
This is a full-time, permanent position making it an ideal opportunity for someone looking to develop their leadership skills and management style. The successful candidate will be required to work flexibly across a 7-day week, with a focus day shifts (11.5hrs, 7am-7:30pm).
