A community healthcare provider in Birmingham seeks a Senior Nurse to deliver nursing services in patients' homes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills, manage clinical changes, and support a collaborative team approach. Applicants must have a Registered Nurse Level 1 qualification, mentoring experience, and be individually mobile as travel across Birmingham is needed. The position offers a competitive salary of £38,682 to £46,580 per annum and a full-time permanent contract with opportunities for flexible working.
This post is with Blakesley team community nursing team based in East Locality Birmingham . The post will require nursing interventions to be delivered to clients in their own homes. The post holder will be expected to work multi professionally, support other team member's roles and contribute to the future development of the service. The post will also include supporting other teams within the locality.
Consideration will be given around the trusts flexible working policy with regards to shifts.
As a senior nurse you will be able to demonstrate good leadership skills, the ability to manage change in clinical practice and processes. You will also be able to demonstrate the ability to independently make sound clinical and leadership judgements and regularly supervise the workload of junior colleagues.

The ideal candidates must be a good communicator, team player and have sound clinical knowledge being able to work independently and as part of a team.
