Location: Manchester/Stockport, UK
Salary: £38,682 – £47,810 per year
Hours: Part-Time, 34 hours per week
Contract: Permanent

We are excited to offer an exceptional opportunity for a Band 6/7 Amputee Physiotherapist to join our specialist rehabilitation team in Manchester/Stockport. Work alongside expert Prosthetists, Orthotists, and allied health professionals in a dynamic, holistic environment, delivering tailored physiotherapy care for patients with complex trauma and long-term amputations.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct complex clinical MDT assessments and produce clinically reasoned recommendation reports for funding approvals.

Deliver tailored rehabilitation for patients with amputations and complex trauma.

Collaborate with Prosthetists, Orthotists, technicians, case managers, solicitors, and other allied health professionals.

Maintain meticulous documentation and outcome monitoring.

Participate in research, auditing, and service development to enhance patient care.

Work independently and creatively contribute to patient treatment plans.

BSc or MSc in Physiotherapy

Current HCPC registration

Minimum of 5 years post-graduation experience in amputee rehabilitation; experience in complex trauma or neurorehabilitation welcomed

Enthusiasm to learn and advance skills in prosthetic rehabilitation and report writing

Full UK driving licence preferred
