Job summary

A leading mental health organization is seeking a PA to support two Clinical Directors in their management team based at the Oleaster Centre in Park Central, United Kingdom. Responsibilities include arranging meetings, coordinating diary management, and producing reports. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, experience in a secretarial or personal assistant role, and an ability to manage their own workload while maintaining empathy and collaboration with staff and patients. Overview

A Vacancy at Birmingham and Solihull Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust.

The Acute and Urgent Care Service are looking to recruit a PA to work with our two Clinical Directors and be part of the management's administration team based at the Oleaster Centre.

Responsibilities
  • Arranging and servicing meetings.
  • Coordinating day to day diary management.
  • Production of presentation material and reports.
  • Ensuring that service contacts receive a prompt response to all correspondence and enquiries.
  • Making decisions within delegated authority on behalf of the Clinical Director(s).
Requirements and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will be capable of applying a flexible attitude to their work. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), minute taking, diary management and organisational skills. Experience working in a secretarial or personal assistant position, aptitude to manage own workload, use initiative and maintain information governance. Ability to work as part of a team with other staff members, patients and the public is essential with an empathic approach towards people suffering from mental illness.
