Overview

A Vacancy at Birmingham and Solihull Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust.

The Acute and Urgent Care Service are looking to recruit a PA to work with our two Clinical Directors and be part of the managements administration team based at the Oleaster Centre.

Responsibilities
  • The post holder will be responsible for arranging and servicing meetings, coordinating day to day diary management, the production of presentation material and reports and ensuring that service contacts receive a prompt response to all correspondence and enquiries.
  • The post holder will be required to make decisions within delegated authority, on behalf of the Clinical Director(s).
What you’ll need
  • Experience working in a secretarial or personal assistant position, with the aptitude to manage your own workload, use your own initiative and maintain information governance.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), minute taking, diary management and organisational skills.
  • The ability to work as part of a team with other staff members, patients and the public, and an empathic approach towards people suffering from a mental illness.
