Cluster Administrator

A vacancy at Birmingham Community Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. The role supports city‑wide District Nursing Teams by providing administrative functions that enable clinical care to be delivered in patient homes. The post is mainly based at Blakesley District Nursing team but may require travel to other community nursing teams within the East locality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Integrated Multi‑Disciplinary Team, including typing letters, minutes of meetings and other documentation.
  • Implement and maintain central filing systems for patient records, patient information, care plan documentation and staff documentation.
  • Undertake office duties such as photocopying and replenishing information as required by the District Nurses.
  • Answer non‑clinical queries from clients and their relatives seeking advice from the Nursing Staff.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Proficiency in written and verbal communication.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
  • Experience with filing systems and basic office software is desirable.
  • English and Maths Test will be part of the interview process.
