Overview

Personal Secretary (Temporary) - Band 3

Location: Newtownards Contract: Temporary - Long term

Are you an organised administrator with strong secretarial skills? We're looking for a Personal Secretary (Band 3) to provide high-quality support.

Responsibilities
  • Provide full secretarial and administrative support to the team.
  • Manage diaries, arrange meetings, organise travel, and take minutes.
  • Prepare documents, letters, reports and presentations.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Support with filing, mail distribution, and office organisation.
  • Use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) daily.
Qualifications
  • 5 GCSEs (A-C including English & Maths) OR equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 1 year secretarial/office-based experience (3 years if no formal qualification).
  • Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team.
Desirable
