  • Answering phones and buzzers.
  • Lifting and carrying patient notes.
  • Filing notes.
  • Requesting and booking outpatient notes via Case note tracking.

Overview

As a Ward Clerk, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day administrative functions of a ward. You will act as the first point of contact for patients, visitors, and staff, helping to ensure the smooth running of the ward environment.
