• Responsible for proving and baking on site of the bread & pastries, and any productsdecided by the Executive Chef.
• Responsible for the preparation of savoury items and sandwiches
• Ensure the products are of the highest quality
• Managing food and stock rotation.

The Experience & Qualifications required of our Baker Assistant are:

• Previous experience working in a hospitality environment is required.
• Experience of working in a similar role and fast paced environment.

Working Hours:

• On a rota basis 5 days out of 7
• Shifts from 4am
